Nathalie Gallant-Fraser

Nathalie Gallant-Fraser, mother of three boys, was inspired to create this picture book by her struggles with potty training her eldest son as a new mom. Her journey, filled with attempts to motivate him with sweets and stickers, only succeeded when emphasizing “big boy” underwear and his motivation to go to school.

This book hopes to inspire parents to navigate toddlerhood, despite its tantrums and tears (the child’s, not the parents’, LOL), with joy, fun, and patience.

As a mom of four boys—ages 13, 10, 6 (my little angel in heaven), and 4—my body has experienced many different pregnancies and recoveries. Through each journey, I’ve learned so much about the challenges that women face.

As a Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist, I’ve been deepening my knowledge about how women can prepare their bodies during pregnancy for a smoother delivery, as well as what can be done postpartum to promote effective recovery.

In the new year, I’m excited to offer free resources for moms-to-be and new moms, including:
